My grandfather was the first person to introduce me to amber when I was just a child. He brought some amber jewelry home from Poland, and I was fascinated. These earrings pay homage to the beautiful pendant he showed me in my childhood. Four shades of amber, ranging from mahogany to pale milky yellow, and interspersed with tiny copper and sterling beads. Oxidized wire-wrapping adds to the rustic feel.
