We want you to be delighted with your jewelry! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. (less shipping charges) During our pandemic, USPS shipping estimates are longer than usual. As long as you have a receipt saying that you mailed the package within the 10 days you will be refunded your full amount. Please return your order in the condition you found it, in its original packaging (daisy bag/box) and in a bubble or padded envelope. Returned items MUST have a tracking number. USPS First Class Parcel costs about $5.00 and includes tracking. If you don’t include tracking with your returned order, and Daisy Chains does not receive your return, we will not be responsible for refunding your purchase price.
Any purchase past 10 days but within 30 days may be exchanged for another item(s) or given store credit.
No refunds or credits will be given past 30 days from the date of sale. Items must be returned in the same high-quality condition that they were received. If an item is damaged due to poor packaging, we will not honor your return.
Special orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Packages are shipped via USPS first class parcel unless otherwise stated. Other forms of shipping are available for purchase. Tracking numbers are included with every order. If you cannot find your tracking number, you can contact us and we will provide it to you.
