Return Policy
We want you to be delighted with your jewelry! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. (less shipping charges) As long as you have a receipt saying that you mailed the package within 10 days, you will be refunded your full amount. Please return your order in its original packaging (daisy bag/box) and inside a bubble or padded mailer. Returned items MUST have a tracking number.
If you don’t include tracking with your returned order, and Daisy Chains does not receive your return, we will not be responsible for refunding your purchase price.
Any purchase past 10 days but within 30 days may be exchanged for another item(s) or given store credit.
No refunds or credits will be given past 30 days from the date of sale. Items must be returned in the same high-quality condition that they were received. If an item is damaged due to poor return packaging, we will not honor your return.
Special orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Coupon Codes
Coupon codes are offered occasionally for specific promotions. When you receive a code, you will also receive its expiration date and methods allowed for redemption. Coupon codes cannot be redeemed retroactively after a purchase has been made.
Shipping/Tracking
Unless otherwise stated, packages are shipped via USPS first-class parcel. Other forms of shipping are available for purchase. Tracking numbers are included with every order. If you cannot find your tracking number, contact us, and we will provide it to you.
Custom Orders
We welcome custom orders on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested in a custom piece, fill out our Consultation Request, and we can discuss your project.
