The Sierra Collection welcomes the Sterling Silver Pressed Leaf Earrings. I’m always looking for a way to bring the things I love into my everyday life. That’s why I’m a magpie when it comes to rocks and sticks and leaves. They are everywhere in my studio, holding memories of cherished places and experiences. Those moments when you feel a connection to every other soul that has walked those steps or explored those trails. It was natural then, for me to create the stamped leaf motif. A simple reminder of our connection to nature and the passing of seasons.
Sterling silver sheet is cut into 3/8 inch diameter circles, and hand-stamped. Sanded, oxidized and buffed to a satin finish, exposing the stamping. Keeping with the rustic aesthetic the stamped disks swing from an oxidized sterling silver hoop. Post earrings secure with sterling silver ear nuts for a secure fit.
