It’s a Daisy Chains Blog!

If you had told me 10 years ago that I’d be designing jewelry as my day job and that I’d have the time to blog about it, I’d have thought you crazy. That was a time when I was knee deep in my job as an art director/graphic designer. I’d just had my second child. Designing jewelry held more than hobby status for me, but was still just a side gig as time permitted. Life was pretty hectic.

Now it’s almost 11 years later. Life is still pretty hectic — as is life for most people with three active children between the ages of 12 and 5. The career as a graphic designer takes second stage to my creating jewelry. And, today, is the day I will begin my ‘Mini Blog’! I plan to use this forum in many ways. Up until now, social media has been great for those quick little updates. Snippets of info that are important for the moment.

My hopes for the mini blog is that I’ll be able to give you more of the behind the scenes on my shows, answer some common questions that I receive from my customers, talk about new products that I am offering, and just discuss in depth the things that make Daisy Chains tick. I hope you enjoy!
